Russ Lee - I was born and raised in Marshfield, Wisconsin and attended UW-Oshkosh and UW-Stout, were I received my degree in Special Education. Following my studies, I taught Special Education for a year and went on to work as a school psychologist. In 1991, I became affiliated with Lee & Associates as a sales representative in the areas of life, health, auto, and property and casualty (both
commercial and residential). I reside in Lac du Flambeau, where I enjoy water-related activities such as fishing, skiing and
snorkeling in my free time. |

Lynn Schmidt - Raised in the Northwoods and earning my Business Management degree in 1989, my husband, Noel and I moved to Mercer in 1990 where we owned and operated a restaurant/tavern for 9 years. In 1997, I obtained my insurance licensing in auto, home, health and life. I joined Lee & Associates in 1999, where I am the office specialist in personal lines coverage. With my service experience and training I can help you identify all your personal insurance needs. I look forward to meeting with you. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, ATV riding, working in our yard/garden and having my 3 children, 4 grandchildren, family and friends over to visit. |

Nancy Hilger - I was born in College Station, Texas, a suburb of Houston and home of the Texas Aggies. As a result of my father's career, we lived overseas and traveled to many countries to include Africa, Europe and the Holy Lands. I've visited all of the U.S. states and the Canadian Provinces. The traveling bug brought me to Wisconsin in 1985 and I relocated to Minocqua in the year 2000. I was drawn to the beautiful Northwoods with its many lakes and outdoor activities. I am presently a loan officer for Great Lakes Financial (Woodruff office) and Lee & Associates. Carolyn Carter - I joined the agency five years ago, but have been a fully Registered Representative in investments and insurance since 1994, when I was licensed with Prudential in Illinois. I believe in my clients and have retained those relationships from 1994. Always wanting to retire in the Northwoods, I moved to the area in 1999 and purchased co-ownership and management of a small resort in the area. Having since sold that property, I can say without reservation that I do understand the needs of small business up here! I'm also a strong believer in community involvement and am President of the Lakeland
Chapter of VietNow. Now residing in St. Germain, I enjoy having my three children and the grandchildren for visits. |

Don Myers - I'm a Wisconsin native and moved to the Northwoods in 1979. Prior to joining Lee & Associates three years ago, I spent thirty years in the automobile business.
My wife, Debra and I have one son who resides in San Diego. Debra is co-owner of the "Curring Cabin" in Rhinelander. We live in McNaughton in a home owned by our two dogs and two cats.
In my spare time, I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing and writing. I'm licensed in life, health, home, auto and all types of business insurance. |

Iris Lange - I was born and raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, where I graduated from high school in 1978. I moved to Illinois in 1979 and relocated to Eagle River, Wisconsin in 2003. I joined Lee & Associates in 2005. As a licensed agent, I handle Homeowners insurance, Auto and Property. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, camping and motorcycling. |

I am from Mukwonago, WI where I grew up and had lived most of my life till moving here to Crandon in 2003. My office is operated out of a 104 year old church, which I also live in with my husband Elliott. I trained with State Farm Insurance as a Marketing Sales Specialist where I was licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. Linda Nelson - I was born and raised in Stoughton WI. In 1990 my husband and I moved
to St Germain WI to raise our two children. I was trained with
American Family Insurance as an office manager where I was licensed in
property, casualty, life and health insurance and in 2007 moved to Lee &
Associates Insurance. In 2003 my husband started his own plumbing
business and I help him with the business so I understand the small
businesses and their needs. In my spare time I enjoy camping and ATV
riding and just getting out and exploring the great Northwoods. |
